As your real estate agent, I am considered a fiduciary for you and owe you the following responsibilities.
Care - I am required to exercise skill and expertise on your behalf during the transaction.
Obedience- I must act in good faith at all times and obey any legal and ethical instructions related to the transaction.
Loyalty- I must put your interests above everyone elses including my own.
Disclosure- I must keep you informed of all relevant information (material facts) that could affect the transaction.
Accounting- I must always know and be able to report the status of all money received from you.
Confidentiality- I cannot disclose personal financial information or anything that can hurt your negotiating position.
